"We tried to move from Florida to West Virginia. The town home was not at all what they advertised it to be. The siding on most of the buildings were worn off (advertised and pictured new siding), advertised a $50 move in special and still are 1 month later (Went up to $250 upon arrival and said it was from July special), 1000sq' (Maybe 700' if they were lucky. Very small for a 3 bedroom. Advertised all new windows (were old and our town home had broken windows). Did not say anything about no a.c. or no heat. If you wanted either one you had to buy a window unit which of course was not shown in any unit on the website but in all the leased ones. You had to purchase it yourself and we were told we were very spoiled in Florida. I am from New York and it gets just as hot in Florida as New York. Stay clear away from this place what a dump. Looked more like very low class well fare. I would not have lived in it even if I was on well fare or homeless. Not fit for anyone. We are pursuing further action if anyone has had the same experience please let us know."(2010)
