Walden At Greenfields Apartments
"We used to live 1.5 year in this apartmentas a nice family...This is 5.apartment
in NC.We used to live in Franklin woods apt, their management and others was
excellent.
We think,..This manager does not eligible for this job..she is the very
unsuccessful manager ever seen before.
Beginning of May,june,july.. ,if yo live in this apartment everywhere ant!!!!in
you kitchen..in your foods...in your bath rook, bad room,.. you have to share
your apartment with roach!!!ant!! and small mice.you have to learn it....
Everywhere very dirty carpet.... even rest room and bathroom covers with dirty
horrable carpet..
If your air condition is broken, they looks like repair)))) never spend money ))
swimmind pool always dirty...you have to clean by your self ,I wouldn't
recommend
swim child..in .this pool
They get your deposit immediately ,if you get back i/3 part in 2 month you are
very very lucky...........

there, they have same experience..) we did not refund all,... 1/3 part I can get
unfair amount..like others...,

"The management is a
joke and the neighbors are rude. We have been harassed by our neighbors below us
for quite some time now and management refuses to do anything. My car even got
hit in front of my own building by one of my neighbors. There was a blank note
left as well as severe damage. This community is a joke. It's shiny plastic
exterior is deceptive, the people that make up this community are low class and
lack respect.

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
Cambridge Apartments
"My wife and I moved down to Raleigh in July of 2008 from Upstate NY (2 weeks
after getting married) and were undecided where to start our new life together.
The instant we entered Cambridge Apartments, we fell in love with it. There is
absolutely everything you could want in an apartment community. Amenities
include a sparkling pool, sand volleyball court, 24hr fitness center, tennis
court, basketball, FREE coffee, FREE mountain bikes to rent, and FREE dvd (new
releases!!) rentals. Also during our stay here, Cindy, Diana, and Joe have
organized community pool parties, wine tastings, and more. The amenities are
hands-down the best that I have seen, but the goods don't stop there. The staff
at Cambridge has always been extremely helpful. The leasing consultant, Joe
Falco, is always looking to go the extra mile to make sure that your stay at
Cambridge is smooth sailing. I find comfort in the fact that after living here
for a while, I see the Cambridge staff as friends, not the dreaded apartment
complex staff like everyone else describes at other places. Joe, Cindy, and
Diana are always good for a nice conversation as well. After living in a one
bedroom, one bath apartment for our first year at Cambridge, my wife and I are
upgrading to a two bedroom, two bath apartment here. Normally, this would be
needless details, but I think it must be said that Joe made every effort to make
sure that our transition to our bigger apartment was a piece of cake. Last but
definitely not least, the maintenance staff (John and Gene) are spectacular!
They keep the complex in pristine condition. All maintenance requests are
attended to and resolved so much quicker than anywhere else I have lived. AND
the problem is resolved the FIRST TIME they show up! Like the other staff
members, John and Gene, are extremely kind and welcoming. To any prospective
renters out there, I highly recommend Cambridge Apartments...it's the one
apartment community you can actually call home."(2009)
Cambridge Apartments
"If you looked in the dictionary for the word OUTSTANDING, you would find Joe
Falcos' picture. During the entire process of trying to find the "perfect
place", Joe was with me the entire time. I truly felt like he was trying to help
me. He spoke so highly of cambridge and made me feel like I was already apart of
the cambridge community. It's a beautiful place and the leasing consultants are
wonderful. I would recommend Cambridge Apartments to anyone who is not just
looking for an apartment, but a home."
The Marquis
"I recently moved from the Marquis on Edwards Mill due solely to the 20% increase
in my rent. I had a one year lease at $1000 for a two-bedroom. I never missed
payment (in fact, I had an auto-debit set up for monthly withdrawal from my
checking account) and never filed a complaint or had one filed against me as a
tenant. At the end of my one-year lease, I received an increase notice of $200
per month.
The movers alone cost me $500, but it made financial sense in the end with this
amount of increase over another rental year. I would warn anyone considering
renting here to visit the county and municipal organizations websites that are
investigating the numerous reports on this property concerning the extreme
increases reported by other former residents.

Arbor Creek Apartments
"They ask for deposits that never get refunded to you, no matter how much
upgrades you do for your unit; it's like they want you to sign a lease, make
your rent payments on time and never live there.
The kitchen appliances in some of the units are dated as my grandma's old
appliances, water pipes are so old that the water runs rusty, and thats the
water everyone drinks in that place?
For all of the bad things that is living in there the worst is that no matter
how much effort you do to make to leave the place better than the way you found
it they will never give your deposit back, and their "FRIENDLY" associates don't
care at all if you leave your unit ready for someone else to move in. They will
always find something to charge you and that way loose your money. But wait make
sure you pay your rent on time otherwise they will send you to court and
overcharge you for every drop of ink they used.
No wonder they change their name once and God knows how many more times they
will.. because they had bad reputation as "BIRCHTREE APARTMENTS" too bad I
noticed it when I was there

Wolf Creek
"I have 3 children whom have lived at or currently reside at Wolf Creek. I have
had the best relationship with the property management, staff, and my husband
and I have felt very comfortable with having my children there. When my oldest
son went to NC State and we drove around to view housing near the university, I
was appalled at the offerings. I would not have left my children in any of those
areas, and would be afraid to travel into them after dark. I noted that Wolf
Creek was away from downtown, had shuttle service and someone that I could
contact in management, that could articulate intelligent responses to me if I
called about one of my children and something they may have needed. All
off-campus housing developments that house a number of students may have issues
from time to time. God bless the people whom have the fortitude to oversee these
facilities, and it takes a lot of patience and caring. I have seen that at Wolf
Creek, and I have renewed my last child's lease there as he is in graduate school
now. Parents, this is a great place for your students. The curb appeal is
fantastic, the property is clean, work orders are promptly answered and attended
to. I am a happy parent!"(2010)
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA
The Highlands
"I would like to relate my recent experience looking for an apartment for my son.
During our search, we visited the apartments at Highlands on Mallard Creek
Church Road in Charlotte, to see if they were in fact what we had been told they
were... the best in Charlotte in our price range. We were extremely impressed
with the property and the personnel in the office, especially Terry, the
property manager. Her professionalism and friendly manner were enough to sell us
on the community, and the apartments we viewed were beyond our expectations. I
would recommend The Highlands to anyone looking for a clean, modern, well kept
and managed community.
