"I have been living at the Cedar Trace Apartment in Westerville Ohio 43081
(United States) complex for more than 8 years. I have kids and this has been a
great area for them. We back up to Worthington Park Elementary so the kids have
their own personal playground. We are centrally located and the mall is just a
hop skip and jump up the street.
The apartments are maintained well, the grounds are kept very clean, the pool is
great and never crowded and in the summer we enjoy the pond with ducks and
fountain.
Overall, this has been a great place to live. We have had a few problems with
neighbors, but the office has responded very quickly and the issues have been
handled. The office has ensured that the other tenants drive slowly so that if
my kids are out on bikes or coming home from the park--I feel safe knowing the
parking lot situation is under control. (By the way, parking is not an issue :)
I think this is both a good transition place to live and a long term option. We
have seen neighbors come and go--but we have made friends along the way. The
office staff are respectful and my kids and I have gotten to know them and
appreciate them.

"We've lived in Cedar Trace Apartments for 4 years now. We have nothing but good
to say about the complex. Minor fixes were needed to our apartment over the
years, but the staff always gets everything fixed and taken care of within the
same day. Friendly and Excellent staff! ."

"Cedar Trace Apartments in Westerville, Ohio, USA are a good place to rent. They
are local to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and close access to the city
of Columbus and local universities. The property is well maintained the staff
is friendly and professional. Parking is sufficient and compared to other local
complexes it is cozy and comfortable."
