"We are quiet renters that mind our own business. However, Building 13 has parties almost every weekend and the screaming, fighting and racing cars at 2 am are getting ridiculous. We have called the police many times and they visit the same two apartments. The leasing office doesn't seem to care about the apparent security issues. It very frustrating to deal with such nonchalant attitudes when we are trying to address the problem. The behaviors of the people coming and going point to drug sales. The intoxicated participants can barely walk as they climb into their cars and drive away. This has become an unsafe place to live. This week it sounded like shots were fired during a recent altercation. !" (2009)
