"CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE
Have to admit first of all the inside doesn't look as bad as the out side. When
I first visited it seemed like a nice apartment complex. There was bicycles
unlock laying around. In neighborhoods I grew up in you wouldn't dare do that.
They explained rules that seemed reason able and fair which I appreciated an
assumed others would follow. First one that comes to mind is its quite time
between 9pm to 9am.
Well bull shit on that half the people in the complex do NOT follow that. There
was an incident that I had to call the cops twice in one night. Got into an
altercation with these people that almost became physical on there part. I asked
them three times to quite down I gotten off work at 11pm got home at almost 12am
and had to be there at 7am. Well that didn't work an it was 2:30 in the morning
and I was exhausted and frustrated so I started yelling an threatening to call
the cops an they responded by 2 males an a female surrounding me and jumping in
my face. Cops are here quit often a matter fact its insane.
Are rent is 645 plus utility's which at first I just assumed that meant I had to
pay electricity or gas. Well I have to pay for the water that's divided among
the whole complex. We have washer and dryers in the basement that are over
priced and on top of that we are paying for its water!
Then were also paying for the outside lights as well. This was not explained to
us at all.
Then it takes for ever for someone to come fix things. They are constantly
working on the water boilers. One time I went to wash my hair I had no hot
water. I call the property managers ask why I was called back 5 minutes later
with them telling me that it was already being worked on I look outside on the
door to see if their was a note didn't find one an was told that it was
unexpected and will be back up in an hour or two. I was pissed I should have
been notified.
One last thing we are told that we can not put anything in our window but yet
there's no central AC. So I have to go buy different AC units that I don't have
to put in my window. So for now I just have to suffer the heat. What kind of
deal is that!!! There's so many things I hate about this place and those where
just a few. I would not recommend anyone moving here.
