"I have 3 other roommates and we are living in an apartment in Boulder, CO. I
really think Boulder Property Management has done a great job so far with
everything. We have had out bathrooms newly redone with tile that only took
about a week. I know there have been a couple of lights that went out and they
were quick to fix those which was awesome. Also, they were very forgiving about
late rent which was much appreciated. Whenever I go into their office, the
people are very friendly and I would rent from them again next year. " (2009)

"BPM has done everything we have asked of them and has been easy to deal with.
Rent has never been an issue. I recommend BPM" (2009)
