"Rio Paseo apartments appear to be nice, well kept apartments. To live in them is another matter completely. They have no ventilation and whether the weather be 100 or 70 you need to run the air conditioner, even when it is 50! When ever I cooked I has to take out the batteries out of the fire alarm. They would go off even if the oven was on and I was baking a cake. The management is rude and 2 faced. They appear to be very nice, but if there is ever a problem they are rude and blame any malfunction to you. the apartment they show is not the same size as the one they rent to you. They cannot show you the one they are renting to you until the day you move in. Upon move-out don't expect anything back from your deposit. They even billed us and my husband had spent 3 days cleaning up and he is very clean. They even took a picture of a bug and claimed it was dirt. It was a live moth that was on the wall. The apartments are so thin you can even hear the neighbors toilet flush. GROSS!!"
