"This complex is TERRIBLE! My Wife and I have lived at this complex for 7 years and the quality of both the office staff,maintainence,and the concern for safety and security have only gone down. 1.Both mine and my wife's cars were broken into and stolen several times,including my mother in laws when she came to visit. 2.The office staff treats you like a human being as long as your rent is paid on time and have no concerns. 3.The maintainence staff has been cut down from 5 to 2 and niether of them knows what their doing. This is not a complex i would recommend to anyone anywhere unless your homeless and have no other options,there are several incidents that lead to us finally and forever moving away from that place. We tried to comply with all the rules and ridiculous regulations the office staff put forth but no one else seemed to and nothing happened for instance... We were told that you could not have any indoor furniture sitting outside in the breezeway and my neighbors completely ignored the letters and warnings of the staff and no one said or did anything! Secondly the staff sent a notice that no one was allowed to ride bicycles or skateboards in the breezeway area and the children ignored that and broke the patio furniture we bought and had sitting outfront as well as my wifes garden gnome and when we brought this matter up to the staff they stated that something would be done and nothing happened. My apartment flooded 7 times over the course of the summer and the office staff stated it was our fault when the maintainence came to "fix" it they stated it was the A/C unit not us our A/C was set to 71 not 60 so how could this be our fault? Not to overstate the previously mentioned but...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU DON'T LIKE THEM VERY MUCH!!!! "(2009)

"1. The biggest problem is the unhealthy environment: severe roach infestation, garbage strewn around the dumpsters drawing raccoons and rats. No extermination services for the last 7 weeks and counting. Numerous promises for action, all have been broken. 2. Crime is second on my list. There's been tire slashing, my license plate stolen, drug dealers, break-in's, etc. This area is not safe. 3. Maintenance response is painfully slow with the workmanship frequently substandard. 4. Moderate amount of noise with extremely loud thumping car stereo's and frequent racing down the access street and inside the complex. 5. Parking in my area is poor. 6. Storage for apartments is very poor with a shortage of storage rentals. 7. Office staff is unresponsive often making promises or skirting issues. It took four times to get the phone number of the management company to express what I've written here. When I called nobody in management was available to talk with. This is the worst complex I've lived in the last 12 years."(2009)
