"I have been with Broadway Management Group for two years now without one problem.
They are the best in Louisville and surrounding areas. The office staff lead by
Shawna is second to none. They are friendly and professional and will go out of
their ways to ensure that you are 100% happy with your new home! If anything
does go wrong or happens in your apt, they are quick to respond on site and work
diligently until the issue is resolved to the tenants standards. The staff at BMG
have made me feel appreciated as a tenant. Tenants are not just #S, but people
they get to know and people they value. If you're in the market for a new
apartment,loft,house, etc. than I strongly recommend stopping by BMG and let
Shawna and her team get you into your new home with ease. 100% a+ company!!

"I have just finished up a 1-year lease with BMG, and have been entirely pleased
with the experience.
I initially chose BMG because they have a good selection of unique apartments,
many in Victorian buildings (I'm an old-house buff), and the best rates in town
for a full-service leasing agency.
Over the duration of my stay with them, I found myself increasingly glad I went
with them. Their maintenance staff always responded to requests promptly;
their office staff was polite and friendly, not to mention quick to return phone
calls and emails; and they really seemed to see their tenants as people, and not
just figures on a ledger sheet.
I only encountered one serious problem (a rent check that got lost in the mail,
only to return to me some weeks after it was due!), and it was handled with
grace. I really appreciated the attention given to it and the willingness of
the staff to work with me.
I recommend BMG with confidence to friends and acquaintances who are seeking
apartments in Louisville. If you're looking for just another so-so, hum-drum,
predictable apartment complex, they may not be for you -- but if you want a
unique, spacious apartment in just about any part of town at a great rate, BMG
is definitely the way to go.
