GILBERT, ARIZONA

Solana Luxury Apartments
" By far one of the best communities I have ever lived at thus far. My maintenance requests were services with-in 24-48 hours and have never had to call back for same issue. Community has everything you could possibly want and seems to be one step above your normal apartment living since these are condos and some people own and live there so a mix of owners and renters keeps community nice. Only way I would think of leaving would be home purchase but for now I enjoy letting someone else take care of my surroundings and home.(2010)

PHOENIX, ARIZONA

Rancho Sierra Apartments
" I love living here. Not only do I feel safe, but the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any concern or need you have, they will do whatever they can to help. Also, for the affordable price, the apartment appliances and space is amazing. I would strongly recommend living here. "(2009)

Dessert Breeze Apartments
" So, where to start..... Desert Breeze looks really impressive during the initial walkthrough - personal gym with nice equipment, heated pool, great landscape maintenance. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment itself, upon inspection, seemed almost flawless. My husband and I were impressed. And then we moved in, and quickly found out why this apartment is so affordable, and why the landlord was so eager to have us move in. Where to begin? The walls and ceilings are almost PAPER THIN. We can hear the people above us stomping around at all hours of the night, and our next door neighbor s TV blaring. The bathrooms are pretty big, but the tubs are VERY small. There is no towel closet, so we had to put all our towels in the spare bedroom. The spare bedroom itself is extremely tiny - only suitable for use as one child s room or a small office room. Closet space in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY cramped, and the master bedroom itself is very small compared to our last 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The patio space is very tiny and cramped, so much so that we might as well not even have a patio at all. And the cabinet space in the kitchen leaves A LOT to be desired. To be fair, there are a lot of good things about this apartment. For one, the bathrooms, laundry room, and pantry are all exceptionally large. There s considerably more counter space in the bathrooms and kitchen, it was spotless when we moved in as well. A lot of the small, negative details can be glossed over, but the fact that my husband and I can CLEARLY hear our neighbors above and next to us makes me regret ever moving in here. They say beggars can t be choosers, and we CAN'T, but if you can afford to look elsewhere, I suggest you explore all your options before moving in here."(2010)

TEMPE, ARIZONA

Copper Creek Apartments
" Really nothing but positive comments! I have lived in Copper Creek for two years and just signed a new lease for another year. Not only did I like the layout and locations of the facility, but what sold me from the beginning was the staff. I have had things break as things will but it has always been taken care of. I find the Manager Tara to be very willing to do everything she can to make me and my family happy. Even with problems you can address them directly with her and they will get taken care of or given a real reason why something can't be done. I have tested them multiple times through the years and have not been disappointed. Not that I haven't been frustrated but when I've gone to Tara she takes care of it. I also trust the support staff to take care of things...even the difficult stuff. My thanks to Equity and the Copper Creek Staff. !! "(2009)

Campus Pointe Apartments
" Good Apartments located close to ASU and the NEW light rail system! Things have really turned around here since they got new management about 3-4 months ago! LOVE the new staff, be sure to check them out!! "(2009)

PRESCOTT, ARIZONA

The Legacy Apartments
" We, my wife and I have lived in THE LEGACY APARTMENTS, Prescott, AZ, USA for about two years....we have lived in the City of Prescott, AZ since 1980....when it came to down sizing and moving, we looked at a lot apartments in the tri-city area, and NONE, I repeat, NONE, could compare to THE LEGACY (928) 776-8900 for maintence of the property, friendly/helpfullnmess of managment and neighbors, a great range of ages in residents, rental costs, NO NOISE, and GREAT location to shopping and medical services. We HIGHLY recommend THE LEGACY APTS...bill and thelma" (2009)

TUCSON, ARIZONA

Briarwood Apartments
" This place is great. Lived here since May 2005 and I have enjoyed my stay the whole time. Quiet and clean community with grocery stores nearby. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended A+ property!"(2009)

Colores De Sol
" I would like to say that I love this place, I haven't been here for very long, but so far it is great. I was on a waiting list to get in, and I did wait for quite a while (bad thing). But the people in the office was very patient with me calling all the time to check up on it. The paperwork took forever, but they helped me tremendously! And once I got inot my apartment, I was very surprised at how spacious and NICE they really are. I will continue to update as time goes on, but so far, there are no complaints from me!"(2009)

Coronado Villas Apartments
" I agree with the other's sentiment, under no uncertain terms should you rent from these people. I found them to be sexist, hostile towards me no doubt because I am a single male, divorced, and also handicapped. These people could care less and engaged in a campaign of harassment, including leaving threatening notes on my door designed to look like eviction notices, claiming they had the right to receive my mail and packages in an effort to make me run down there and get them (I am disabled and guess where my income comes from? And who knew that??? Yes the office did of course.), and then when I had neighbors harassing me by pounding on the walls, throwing boxes at my door, and an older man across the way exposing himself in his window and even standing naked on his balcony, they complained because I complained to them about it!!!!! I notified the police countless times, waited and complained for months, and NOTHING was done. This stuff with the border patrol agents really seems as though this last person is trying to downplay the severity of this, just fooling around????? With a loaded gun in an apartment??? And somebody was shot? I do hope their hand gets slapped, and gosh darn it fire them is right.....come on. Be serious. I found people like this and the others to be complete lunatics. The people next door would run and rev their bikes, trucks, and ATV and ride the things at 60mph in the lot. Again the office thought it was cute. If you are not in the military, you'll be treated like dirt, and this is a women and minority owned business so be prepared, you will not be treated fairly. These women favor military personnel and this bias is obvious and the remark about someone getting shot is along those same lines. I don't care for people walking around in uniform, carrying knives and guns and on the salary these people make, the TPD K9 officer included, they should purchase homes, gun vaults, and stay out of areas like this. Their presence there did nothing to dissuade the crimes that did and do go on, with the nudist man being in the same building as the TPD officer. They don't care. Guns don't belong in apartments, at all. You will find that everyone there, especially military people will NOT speak to you AT ALL and they really will try and walk all over you since they run the country it seems. My apartment faced the parking lot and they would come home and beep the horn 3, 4, 5, 6, or at times 12, that is right, a dozen times either before getting in their truck or when coming home at 8am, 9am, 2pm, 6pm, 12pm, 3am, 6am, get the idea? And this literally would reflect off the canopy and wail into my apartment. The response to this being? Maybe he has one of those car alarms....or we are concerned about break-ins here and people are advised to lock and alarm their cars. So much for low crime rates....upset enough people and they'll steal your horn I'd bet. This place and these people were and are abusive. Once they get your money, good luck. After driving thousands of miles to get there the one leasing agent attempted to take a double deposit of claiming I had not paid the $350 deposit and then nearly punched me in the face, needlessly and I found the whole charade abusive. Go elsewhere if you have to live in Tucson since there are plenty of other places cheaper. With the sewage leaking onto sidewalks, the pecories running around, wild pigs, and other crap going on. You are better off spending less and getting more. I left Arizona in disgust partly for this reason and others since I found the place to be crooked as hell and I can live any place I choose since I am retired. I would strongly advise you against moving to Arizona and if you have to live in Tucson, look at other options. Honestly."
