"Sugar Pines Apt. Florissant, MO 63033. Living here has been a horrible
experience. Within two months of living hear our vehicle was broken into. There
has been several cars broken into over the time of living hear. Parking is
horrible, you have to make it home by 6 p.m. for a space. There are drug dealers
living any several of the apartments w/ constant traffic. One of the drug
dealers had their apartment kicked twice by policeman. There were three men shot
in a apartment, the leasing office reported that there was so many bullet holes
& so much blood they were unsure if the apartment could be repaired. I have been
waiting for over two weeks for maintenance to repair something. DO NOT MOVE TO
SUGAR PINE!"(2009)
