"A smaller complex in central El Cajon. Well maintained according to the insurance company, the attorney, and the local fire marshal. The children are under control, the pool and the laundry room have posted hours, there's a pest control company. When you move in you are told to take good care of your apartment, and when you move out you must return your apartment in as good a condition in as you received it. And they do mean it. They charge a month's rent as a deposit, and if you want any of it, you must keep really good care of your apartment. Some of the drawbacks to the place are: a high school is right next door. I never had any problems with the kids, even with noise. By the time they are in high school, most kids have settled down as they become more aware of things. Another thing is even though there is likely enough storage inside, there is no storage outside at all. And the last thing is parking. Each apartment has one covered parking space. There is no room for anything more, so if you need 2 parking spaces, outside storage, or 2 bathrooms, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. The management is friendly and experienced, but make no mistake-they are committed to crime free,drug free, respectful organization, and will do whatever it takes to get and stay there. Other than that they have a nice family and usually keep to themselves."(2009)
