"I have lived there for about & months now and I wouldn't dream of my family being anywhere else... I feel not only at HOME here but I worry so little about my children being there when I'm not home.... the staff here is always courteous and professional. the property stays clean and very well maintained... I have need attention to 3 things from move in till now and all have been resolved for me within the same day or the next at worst... the managers name is GARY and this man will bend over backwards for his tenants... I'm always greeted with a good morning Mr. Schmidt and and how r things. they have every amenity u could want. I love the weight room my wife loves the hot tub and my children love movie night on the big screen... in short if u live in Bakersfield and u don't live here..... sorry about that... ""
