"What can I say about this place other than stay clear of it. In the two years that I have lived here I have seen rampant drug use by the residents, virtually no maintaince or upgrades done to the place, there is an unusual jack-hammer noise that no one really knows where it originates from (we think it is bad plumbing). Last year one unit burned (probably due to lack of upgrades to the furnace units), the main water pipes broke 3 times last year- leaving residents w/o water for 3 days each time. The Management surely does not "screen" any potential residents. The mgmt consists of "little girls" and a "chubby boy" that clearly have no business being Asst Mgrs. I've heard the actual property Mgr is a blond, but she hides in her office and avoids having any contact with any resident. If you are looking for an apartment for your young college student- this is not a safe place. There are police here at the complex on a weekly basis arresting at least someone. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS."
