"With rent at $1500 for our one bedroom, the management will treat you in an officious manner, and inconvenience you as they play catch-up with their failure to maintain the building.  We have not had air-conditioning in our apartment for nearly a week, and the management has not offered anything more than to lend us some fans".   (submitted August, 2003)
