Review of Avalon Sunset in Los Angeles:
"Nice building, nice renovations and nice layouts. Bad maintenance and filthy dirty grounds. Hallways, elevators, exercise area are hardly ever cleaned. Front door of the building hasn't worked in months. Lights are off on the hallways. Don't move here. Extremely overpriced for what you get." (Submitted on 9/25/07)
